John Harris joined the Binswanger team in 2022 as a Senior Vice President within the commercial/industrial brokerage group. He is responsible for industrial and office sales, leasing, and corporate relationships throughout the Northeast. Based in NYC, he also works closely with the Binswanger Corporate Advisory Team on a national level.

During his real estate career, John has established a diversified background representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the tri-state market as well as nationally. A sampling of his past clients includes Tory Burch, Raymond James, the University of Texas, Crowe Global, Informa, DoorDash, Internova Group, Bustle Digital Group, iHeartMedia, ManpowerGroup, Russell Reynolds, and Clear Channel Outdoor. Prior to joining Binswanger, John spent 5 years on a top-performing team at Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on multi-market tenant representation.

John graduated from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and captained the university’s varsity golf team. He is also a graduate of St. George’s School in Newport, RI. John is involved with CoreNet, YM/WREA Foundation, and REBNY, and is an active member of the Alumni Board of Visitors for St. George’s School. Born and raised in Manchester, MA, John now resides in Rye, NY with his wife and son.
