Bill McGuire joined Binswanger in 2023 with over 20 years of experience working as a client-facing Owner Representative/Sr. Project Manager within the healthcare, life science, commercial, industrial, and multimedia industries. Based out of the company’s Philadelphia headquarters, he handles project management for a range of clients and capital improvements across the U.S.

Bill has a passion for driving projects to best meet expectations and a proven track record of delivering cost-effective solutions for complex projects from concept design through construction close-out. He has led major projects at multiple locations simultaneously while providing solutions for effective project delivery and strategic planning.

In his prior role as a Senior Construction Manager for Qurate Retail Group (QVC/HSN & Cornerstone Brands) in West Chester, PA, Bill managed a $10 million Network Optimization Project in Rocky Mount, NC as well as a variety of power, plumbing, and lighting upgrade projects in various locations. Prior to QVC, Bill spent four years providing oversight to Research and Development projects as a Senior Project Manager for GlaxoSmithKline/Arcadis in Collegeville, PA. He also spent four years in Tulsa, OK serving as the Owner’s Representative for new construction projects for the Cancer Treatment Centers of America’s Eastern Region. This included a Surgical Suite fit-out, Stem Cell Unit & Lab fit-out, a $6.2 million Co-generation Project, a $4.5 million LINAC Varian True Beam Vault, and a $14 million ICU Expansion.

Bill received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Drexel University. Additionally, he is OSHA 30-Hour Certified.
