James City County has announced Navien Inc., a condensing technology company, will establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility for water heaters and boilers at the former Lumber Liquidators facility in the Stonehouse Commerce Park.
The company will expand the building’s square footage to nearly 900,000 square feet, invest $77.5 million and hire 180 people, according to a James City County news release.
