PHILADELPHIA, PA – MARCH 27, 2025 Binswanger, a uniquely specialized leader in commercial real estate since 1931, today announced the appointment of Chas Ricciardi to its Board of Experts, a specialized team of industry veterans providing strategic insight and technical expertise to help clients navigate complex real estate and operational challenges. With decades of engineering, construction, and sustainability expertise, Ricciardi brings a deep understanding of industrial infrastructure, capital project management, and energy efficiency solutions.

Ricciardi previously served as Senior Manager of Sustainable Engineering Solutions at The Campbell’s Company, where he led engineering initiatives aimed at advancing the company’s sustainability and energy efficiency goals. Prior to that, he oversaw Campbell’s Utilities & Infrastructure group, providing technical leadership in mechanical/HVAC, electrical power, refrigeration, and civil, structural, and architectural aspects of capital projects.

“We are thrilled to have Chas join Binswanger’s Board of Experts,” said the Board’s Managing Director, Ken Anthony. “His extensive experience in infrastructure development and large-scale industrial projects will be instrumental in driving innovative, energy-efficient solutions for our clients. Chas’ deep expertise in commercial construction makes him a valuable asset in providing our clients with cost-effective solutions in facility optimization and operational efficiencies.”

Before joining Campbell’s, Ricciardi spent over 23 years in the commercial construction industry working his way up from Project Engineer to Project Director with several construction management and real estate development firms in the Philadelphia area. His hands-on experience in large-scale industrial projects and facility optimization makes him a valuable resource for Binswanger clients seeking innovative solutions in engineered materials, sustainability, and infrastructure development.

A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Ricciardi also served as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, later retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.

“I’m honored to join Binswanger’s Board of Experts and look forward to contributing my experience in engineering and sustainability to support clients in optimizing their real estate and infrastructure strategies,” said Ricciardi.
