Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Expert Tim Leh Joins Binswanger’s Board of Experts

PHILADELPHIA, PA – MARCH 12, 2025 – Binswanger, a leader in commercial real estate since 1931, today announced the appointment of Tim Leh to its Board of Experts, a specialized team of industry veterans providing strategic insights and technical expertise to help clients navigate complex real estate and operational challenges. With over 40 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, and construction procurement, Leh brings a wealth of expertise in portfolio optimization, industrial site development, and strategic space planning.

Leh spent nearly 20 years at The Hershey Company, where he managed a diverse global real estate portfolio, led a 28-member facilities team, and oversaw capital and operational budgets. He played a pivotal role in transforming Hershey’s historic 1905 manufacturing plant into a 550,000-square-foot state-of-the-art corporate office, now home to over 1,000 employees. His leadership extended to industrial projects in Mexico and Malaysia, where he managed large-scale developments spanning over 1.3 million square feet.

Leh holds a B.A. in Business Administration & Management from Moravian University and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and Certified Professional in Supply Chain (CPSC), as well as a licensed real estate agent in seven states (PA, NY, AK, GA, LA, MD, MA). An active member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), he remains committed to advancing best practices in corporate real estate and facilities management.
