Binswanger Secures Industrial Lease Tenant For 5058 Bristol Pike in Bristol

This is Binswanger’s second 50,000+ SF transaction along this section of Bristol Pike in less than a year

Philadelphia, PA – October 7, 2021 – Binswanger Commercial Real Estate Services, an innovator in commercial real estate since 1931, today announced that it has secured a tenant, Equipment Services, LLC for a 5-year lease of the industrial property at 5058 Bristol Pike in Bristol. The transaction was brokered through Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic office and led by Vice President and Broker, Jason Ostach with Partner and Senior Vice President Chris Pennington.  The industrial lease, which extends through November of 2026, provides a new headquarters for Equipment Services, LLC allowing them to house all their multifaceted operations under one roof.

The transaction is the latest in a string of successes for Binswanger along PA Route 13 including a recent transaction for 6200-6240 Bristol Pike (less than .5 miles away from this site which was leased by Amazon).  Ostach and Pennington are also currently representing two additional nearby sites, more toward the Morrisville/Fairless Hills area.
