Binswanger Honored with Dual Nominations in Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best Deal & Dealmaker” Awards

PHILADELPHIA, PAJanuary 31, 2025 – Binswanger, an innovator in commercial real estate since 1931, today announced that it has been nominated for two honors in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s prestigious “Best Deal & Dealmaker” awards. The sale of the industrial facility located at 11350-11400 Norcom Road has been recognized as a Best Deal honoree, and Senior Vice President & Partner, Timothy Pennington, has been named a finalist for Dealmaker of the Year.

The transaction at 11350-11400 Norcom Road involved the sale of a 305,000-square-foot industrial/distribution facility situated on 16.8 acres in Northeast Philadelphia. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale. This significant deal was brokered by Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic team, including Senior Vice Presidents & Partners Chris Pennington and Tim Pennington, along with Senior Vice President Matt Corrigan.

Timothy Pennington has been a leading dealmaker in Southeastern Pennsylvania for over 17 years and was involved in over 100 transactions last year. He represents and has worked with a number of notable clients including Costco, Enterprise, Wise Snacks, APM, Galean, Arca Continental & Lockheed Martin.

The winners will be announced at a special event on March 27 and in a special print edition of the Business Journal on March 28.
