As Managing Partner, Mr. Haber specializes in providing advisory services for Fortune 500 companies, institutions, and organizations whose ongoing operations command real estate needs. He excels in providing strategic planning, data-driven analysis, and transaction implementation for major corporations around the globe. 

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Mr. Haber has been involved in over 5 million square feet of real estate transactions. He focuses on all facets of real estate transactions – whether that’s portfolio administration, acquisitions, dispositions, or structuring complex sale-leasebacks. Some of his clients include, Comcast, Cencora, FMC, Wedgewood Pharmacy, HOK, WSFS Bank, Jefferson, and United Way. 

Mr. Haber continues to mentor and grow a team of talented individuals to help expand the firm. He makes key decisions and is a shareholder of the company where he sits on several committees that help manage the firm on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to his real estate career, he was a graduate of Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia and earned his BA in Business Management from Quinnipiac University. He currently resides in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania with his wife, two kids, and two dogs.
