Binswanger Facilitates Sale of 115,000+ Square Foot Industrial Facility in Blackwood, NJ to DW Cabinetry

Blackwood, NJ – April 9, 2025 – Binswanger, a global leader in full-service commercial real estate, is pleased to announce the sale of the industrial property located at 90 Coles Road in Blackwood, New Jersey. The 115,691-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility was sold by Revel Nail to DW Cabinetry.

Buildings of this size with substantial power capacity and ample parking are rare in Camden County and the broader South Jersey region, making this transaction particularly significant. The deal was brokered by Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic team, led by Senior Vice President, Mike Torsiello, SIOR, and Senior Vice President & Partner, Chris Pennington with assistance from Sales Associate, Art Keegan. NAI Mertz’s Jon Klear represented the buyer in the transaction.

Revel Nail will continue to occupy a portion of the facility for its manufacturing operations, while DW Cabinetry will utilize the warehouse component for its business needs.
