Jennifer Gormley has worked for Binswanger for over 26 years in a number of different positions. She joined the company in 1996 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the industrial team in the company’s Philadelphia, PA headquarters. Three years later, Jennifer managed the marketing and communication for Binswanger’s suburban Philadelphia clients as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for the company’s King of Prussia, PA office where she remained for 15 years.
In 2016, Jennifer returned to the Philadelphia office as an Executive Coordinator of the Mid-Atlantic Industrial Team. Her responsibilities included lease abstraction, preparation of proposals, working directly with our in-house accounting and legal department on listing contracts, and agreements of sale and lease requests, in addition to supporting all day-to-day activities for the busy office.
After nearly a decade of contributing significantly to the growth and success of the Mid-Atlantic team, in 2024, Jennifer’s role was expanded and she was promoted to Executive Administrative Manager, Sales. As such, she oversees the implementation and management of administrative systems and policies to enhance workplace efficiency, particularly sales and financial data entry processes. While still supporting the Mid-Atlantic Team and its daily operations, Jennifer also collaborates with the Sales, Accounting, and Legal departments as well as nonmanagerial staff to ensure adherence to standardized company procedures.
Before Binswanger, Jennifer supported the President at Wellington Management Group as an Administrative Assistant. She also previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at Hines Management where she supported the Project Manager in charge of a restoration project for 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.
Jennifer is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs School in Norristown, PA where she received a degree in Business. In 2013, she obtained a real estate license through Kaplan Real Estate and in 2014, she received a Property Management Certification from Ashworth College.
